Return Policy

Please note that all sales of artwork through our platform are final, and we generally do not accept returns once a sale has been completed. This policy reflects the unique and often bespoke nature of artworks which makes returns impractical.

However, an exception is made in the event that the buyer receives an incorrect item. Should you receive an artwork or item that differs from what was ordered, you are requested to notify us promptly by emailing [rajesh@odarts.com] with “wrong item” in the subject line or by calling us directly at [+91 9871168259]. Upon receiving your notification, we will initiate an inspection process to verify the claim. If it is confirmed that the item delivered was indeed incorrect, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price including any delivery costs incurred. We will also facilitate the collection or return of the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

By placing an order on [www.odarts.com], the buyer agrees to an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase, thereby forming a legally binding and enforceable contract of sale between the buyer and the gallery. Cancellations initiated by the buyer after order confirmation are generally not permitted.

Nonetheless, cancellation may only be effected by the gallery itself under certain circumstances including but not limited to unavailability of the artwork in question, buyer default, or breach of terms by the buyer. The gallery reserves the exclusive right to cancel any confirmed order without prior notice to the buyer should such situations arise. This policy ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of the ordering process
